Dear Dr. Rick,

 

Thank you for sending me these thought make over. To be very honest It worked for me , at least I started putting flowers at my work station as it makes me happy. Let me confess that I have not started writing my things for appreciation “rampage of appreciation” but have started acknowledging whatever GOD has has blessed me with.

 

This positive approach have made me restore one of my relationship which was almost finished and was traumatised because of losing it.

 

anyways I will continue doing make over of my thought process….. please continue helping me.
