Your 37 Day Program is Right on Target!

Hi Rick.  As for your coaching program 37 Days, you are on target.  When I wrote my book Primary Domino Thinking, I knew I had put my finger right on the button.  Thoughts create reality.  What you focus on expands.  You can be in charge of both your reality and what is expanding in your life!  ”If you just had a way, eh?”  ;-)  I like your system of daily lessons for the 37 Days. Perfect to keep people on task, motivated and encouraged to stick with it until it becomes habit. Great contribution, Rick.  You are THERE, baby! Congratulations, and I hope you have amazing success, because that means you have helped many change their lives for the better. And you are a nice guy, too!

I can tell you a fact:  I changed my life by using Primary Domino Thinking. Plain and simple. I “planted” the perfect affirmation and let is grow by feeding it daily.  Thought farming, thought control, thought makeover, detoxing the brain ,etc., is the answer to fortune, health, and lifejoy.

You keep it up, buddy. I love ya for what you are doing!!

I attended your fantastic Parenting Class

I attended the class that you offered Friday night on parenting.  I just have to tell you that what you guided us to was absolutely STELLAR.  It completely shifted my thinking, it helped me know what the right thing is for me as a parent, and it gave me actual tools I can use now and in the future.  It’s TIMELESS wisdom.  I loved it!

I hope you do this class again so that more people can have access to it;  and I would certainly attend more of these.

It was amazing!!
Thank you,
Judy

Thank you for the emails, I like to share them with my kids

Dear Rick,

I just wanted to say ‘thank you’ for taking the time to email me (and I am sure many others) with these thoughtful messages. I love reading them and they really do give me a boost when I am not feeling so positive.

It is very hard to get out of the habit of moaning, complaining being generally negative but I really am trying. I have read Jerry and Esther Hicks book ‘The astonishing power of the emotions’ and use it like a ‘bible’ I really am trying to expand myself, get closer to my inner being and generally get the best out of my life. I thinking I am getting there and then I have a bad moment – losing it with the kids or feeling annoyed about something and for some reason It all seems to have a worse effect on me since I started on this journey and I quickly try to relax and regain a happy feeling but some days I do find it difficult.

Anyway, thank you again, your messages are a nice surprise and keep me going every time I open my mail – I have even printed off a couple and given them to my kids.

You are obviously a lovely person
Kind Regards
Amanda

Thanks, gets me out from a dark cloud…

Thanks, its been an eye opening process. These are steps I can reuse over and over everytime I feel I’m under a dark cloud. Thanks, Rick!   I really like Day 34, Hang a Blank Canvas.  I feel that its very true and empowering to surround your enviornment with art that makes or sends positive messages and feelings.  I felt really down in my bedroom and started adding more and beautiful framed pictures to my room, now its a place I love to relax in.  Thanks for all the positive day links, I enjoyed them all!  I especially loved all the Beatles quoations, I’m a Beatles fan as well.

Thanks, Rick!

You have a peaceful energy. Jolly from Virginia

Thank you so much Rick.
Each one of the exercises  has been very enlightening. Some of them I already practice
but using them the way you suggest was great.
I feel refreshed and I will go to the index and read one every day.
I  love todays affirmation.
You have a very peaceful energy and confidence with what you write.

Linda, Indianapolis Giving a gift.

My favorite action step is Day Eight:  Give a Gift.   It is so easy to do and others truly appreciate it.  I love how you use Beatles song lyrics on your site as it reinforces the steps and I’m a huge Beatles fan.

Rita, Spain, Day 25: Fill Your own Tank First

Hello Rick,

I will thank you from the depths of my heart for providing this tour thru 37 lessons of Extreme Thoughts.

You have supported me in making my biggest mental advance, in the letting go of old stuff and helping me in looking inside discovering a magnificent powerful soul who only wants to love and spread love.

Fill your own tank first, be selfish, your motto for day 25, has been the most meaningful lesson for me while changing most of my priorities and having the most loving returns.

Eternal thanks to you

Rita, one of your followers

It’s changing my life in so many ways!

Dear Rick,

I really don’t know where to start. You ask for the one action step that has been most meaningful, but I can honestly say I can’t give you just one. It is beginning to change my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I am so grateful that you gave out this wonderful information.

Sending out the cards has had an amazing impact on the family and friends I have so far sent them to and I love doing it. I will often add motivational quotes, or just say i love you. Whatever feels good. It has really been appreciated. I also went out and brought several audio books which I now listen to when I am in the car. It makes me feel better instantly, particularly if I start to let work stress gets to me. Also the exercise action step has been fantastic. I actually wake up now excited to do exercise and even if I don’t feel excited I have a compulsion to do it and then feel great.

I have a long way to go and as you say it is a life time journey, but thank you so much for being such a positive guide on my journey and at the perfect time.

Love, light and abundance

Janet

My Favorite Body Part… thanks

Dear Rick:

I wanted to comment on how wonderful your 37 Day Progam has been for me.

A friend of mine had a son named John who I had known briefly. He joined the National Guard and went to Iraq for about nine months and upon his return he came to my office to process his unemployment paperwork. Imagine my surprise the first time he came in and I saw he was now a man and looked so shiney and bright! We hugged and I thanked him for his service. He had the best hugs! The last time I saw John he was at my work again and I was on the run and he called to me across the room and I waved but for a few days afterward I thought about his great hugs and how I wished I had taken the time to walk over to him and get one of those hugs. John was full of life and had a wonderful light about him since his military service. John was killed in MAy while driving his truck. It appears that he swerved to miss an animal and hit an embankment, was airborne and ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene. His mother is my best friend so I told her I would take the family photos and create a slideshow for the showing. I scanned about 250 family photos and ran them on a loop on two laptops and we played a cd of his techno music that was very nice and quite good. There were lines of people at both computers watching the photos of John’s life and it made me very proud to help the family celebrate the life of their son. Susan, John’s mom, to show her appreciation, booked us for a pedicure. I’m a single mom of three boys and I’ve been single for 13 years so I’ve never had a pedicure! I walked out of the salon like I was walking on air! Suddenly I understood what being a pampered woman was all about! We sat in these heated massage chairs, our feet in this whirlpool and experienced bliss. Sharing with you the love of my body part, my pampered toes! Thank you for your information. It’s nice to think about good things.

Carol
