Extreme Thought Makeover Favorite Lesson

Dear Rick:

I absolutely loved the Rampage of Appreciation! I really made me think of many things differently. For instance my father and I were estranged when he died but I had these warm and solid memories of him helping me with a solo I had for contest and he also was a musician, so the daunting task of learning to count out the measures of the music was easy for him. He calmed me down and I won a first place medal! It was nice like that to just go on a rant about the good stuff. I work at the employment office and my job has been so depressing lately with everyone losing their jobs. I share this positive stuff with them and it is helpful for me. I can visualize myself becoming unstuck…I just need the push, so thank you for emailing me!

I’m behind a bit in the material but I love getting it and I am applying it on a broader scale.

Thank you,

Carol Santos

Simply Masterful! Some of the best teaching anywhere.

This program is a masterful culmination of the best wisdom from modern day inspirational teachers and guides, and from great Masters from the past, and adds the wisdom, creativity and playfulness of its creator, Dr. Rick.  I am a big fan of Abraham-Hicks, The Mary Group, Tobias, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Cheryl Richardson, Michael Beckwith, and many more; and Dr. Rick’s work easily matches the value of all of theirs.

Dr. Rick has assembled ideas and practices to use on a daily basis that are fun, simple and easy to do, which in a short period of time–37 days–ignite an internal transformation in the user that is amazing and life changing!  Anyone who is interested in taking steps to have a happier, more fulfilling life can benefit from this program regardless of their level of awareness of the source of true change.    Seasoned students of the power of thought who take daily action will feel a sense of fulfillment in enhancing their personal power; beginners will delight in seeing how quickly improved conditions show up through harnessing the power of directed thinking.  The only requirement for anyone is simply … to say YES!

There is no way you can go through this 37 day program and not be affected.  Somehow, some way, there will be an exercise that touches you, helps you, expands you, and takes you to a place of greater joy from which you can never return!

The amazing thing here is that there are some absolutely brilliant lessons tucked inside this program that can provide weight loss, nutrition, fitness, and even recovery from serious disease.  I think this is the greatest medical care cure guide I have ever seen, because it goes way beyond prevention or cure, it deals with the root cause of disease.  That lesson alone is worth far more than the cost of membership.

I meditate and read from your book each morning to help my Fibromyalgia

Rick, I purchased the hard copy of your booklet. I spend some meditation/prayer time each morning and am using it then. It will take me awhile to get through it but then I will just start over and over…..it’s an ongoing process for me. I like the booklet. Thank you for creating it for us to remind us who we really are!!!!

I have been experiencing fibromyalgia and osteo-arthritis for approx. 10 years. I know these are inflammation problems and that my anxiousness and tension are causing them. I take only natural supplements for them. Can you help me with the underlying causes? THANKS from my heart!

THANK you for reinforcing what I already “know”….I KNOW I can finally take charge of my health in a MUCH BIGGER way by removing MY stuck thoughts/beliefs.

Exciting stuff!!!

Audio Education and laughing

HI Rick,

Well, I’m continuing to follow along. These are some good ideas you offer.

For almost 20 years I lived in CA, so I was and am into higher consciousness things. You’ve put together some great wake-up or start-up calls for people.

Let me tell you what I’ve done for years for myself that somewhat parallels the important teaching you’re sharing with people. I have cartoons all around my house and even “goofy” stuffed characters in various rooms so that I’m almost forced to smile and laugh – these include a Garfield, Tickle Me Elmo large figure, an oversized M&M figure and other related things.

And I’ve learned a number of magic tricks and assorted card tricks to amaze and share with people (its gets them out of their “state” and relieves some of their stress). Then I have multiple gratitude sessions throughout the day where I thank God for what I’ve got and what is on its way to me (whatever that may be – even a lesson). And every morning I listed to Napoleon Hill, Brian Tracy or Jose Silva.

I used to read the paper first thing in the morning. By reading it later in the morning and doing my audio ritual, I find that I am in a better mood and I’m more productive because I’m dictating how I will feel, rather than being led by whatever bad news might be in the newspaper.

So, keep the lessons coming, I will engage with them and enjoy them

Gemma, New Zealand Medication almost killed me!

Hi Rick,

I want to thank you for your 37 Day ETM course.

I am trying to gradually introduce this program into my life – but it is a struggle.

My biggest problem/challenge seems to be my short term memory which is not very good.

I struggle alone trying new/different ways to improve this but continually ‘get lost’ when things are ‘Out-Of-Sight-Out-Of-Mind’.

I was very sick for over 5 years during which a change in medication nearly cost me my life.

My GP, who now refers to me an as inspiration, is convinced this ’stuff-up’ caused me brain damage.

I became a vegetable who learned to write and read again – rather hard when you are a qualified Early Childhood teacher. Specialists told me I would never work again and I would be on medication for life.

I am drug free and worked in Tertiary Education for almost a year teaching Life Skills, Math and Language to Indigenous as well as ESL to Asian adults. My students were great but I decided to resign because of bad management and the paper trail became too overwhelming for me.

Once again many thanks for the opportunity to take part in your 37 Day ETM course.

Cheers

Day 2 is my favorite (by the way, you should charge more)

Hi Rick,

I am behind in my lessons, but I think it is fantastic. There is much to think about and I don’t always let myself get to the computer everyday. For me it could be one idea per week!! Sorry to not be an “A” student, but I think it is a very valuable program. I feel bad not paying you for the inspiration and pep talk. You were right about lesson #2 being one not to miss. I have learned how powerful it is to be grateful and have a grateful heart. I have often had my kids make a list of all of the things that they can think of to be grateful for. It is a healing execise. You are doing wonderful work. I am impressed and excited for your success.

Thnaks,

Amy

“Rick, the program is great!  I have found myself reading the hard copy over breakfast each morning.  I’ve implemented many of these things, especially the bathroom university”

My last $5… thanks!

The entire 37 days were helpful. Mostly day 18 and day 36. I spent my last $5.00 on day 18 and did actuly go to the ATM but I had to check my balance first and discoverd an extra $18.00 in my acount! A refund I wasn’t expecting.

Day 36 is something I have done in the past and need to start doing again. The recent drop in the economy has caused negative issues I am dealing with, but it is meant to be a positive learning experience.

“In working with Rick, I have found him to be uplifting, fun and encouraging.  Yet he endorses the ‘do the work’ element, while bringing an easy balance to both.”

Dr. Riverz, pain gone from my knees.

Hi Rick,

Even though I have not been absolutely faithful in daily adherence to Extreme Makeover, I have truly enjoyed it. I LOVE all the Beatles quotes.

One of my physical issues is joint pain in the knees. I’ve worked on that for a while, but have gotten discouraged as it seems to get progressively worse.

While doing the self love writing, I found myself scribbling down, without hesitation: “I love my knees”. I almost laughed out loud at how ridiculous that sounded when I’d actually been getting angry that these knees were causing me such pain and restriction. Since then, and quite quickly, my knee pain has diminished remarkably!

What fun! Thanks,

Gael Riverz, ND/Iridologist
