For #6, self-love, you explain the necessity of being selfish in a way that is quite understandable.  The practical exercise is great!  I’m going to use it with one of the mothers of one of my clients today.  She never ever takes time for herself.  She just does what her daughter approves of– instead of the other way around.  So today, I’ll work on her self-love, thanks to you.
