Daily Focus: Simplicity
“Simplicity is the most difficult thing to secure in this world; it is the last limit of experience, and the last effort of genius.” - George Sand
This idea has been very inspiring to me, and I have experienced it, and it is glorious. When you solve a problem with the simplest possible solution, it feels very inspiring, and the knowing you have the perfect answer is very strong. In mathematics and physics, the simplest possible solution is always preferred. Another perspective is un-cluttering your physical environment.
If you have my book Extreme Thought Makeover, read Day 10 Detachment. Be sure to read the Inspired Personal Stories from Vicki Lynn Thull, Shannon Carney, Wendy Terwelp, and Janice. They are wonderful.
If you don’t have the book, read the lesson on my blog here:

Enjoy, Rick
Thank-you very much for your book, Extreme Thought Makeover. I really liked the section on Detachment. My husband and I have been strategically de-cluttering our house and it feels liberating! I have been donating items left and right. Goodwill must love me! I started with my closet, and have since moved to the kitchen, living room, and my office. Its amazing; since I got rid of the physical junk, my mind is much more clear and able to get things done.
Gratefully,
Karin Conway
