Your Daily Focus: Worry
Tomorrow always does take care of itself. Whether we worry about it or not, it still comes, and brings hope. So, why waste the energy worrying?
Whatever you think about right now relative to the future is an unknown, and cannot be guaranteed, which means basically you are making it up. If you are simply creating and imagining a thought then it is totally your choice: positive or negative. What possible benefit can there be to imagining a negative future. If you are going to imagine the future, and if that created thought is entirely within your control, then choose something positive. Create the perfect outcome, the perfect choices, the perfect health, the perfect relationships, ease and joy, and peacefulness and comfort. The future is always an unknown, full of possibilities. The Law of Attraction states that what you put your attention on… expands. So therefore you have a greater chance of a positive future if that is where your thoughts are.
Now here is the challenging part for all of us personally. It takes time and practice to get good at it. So practice, with every little thing. If you can become masterful at imagining the little things in your future being positive, then you will naturally become good at imagining the big things in your future being positive as well. Be sure to recognize, and give yourself credit for all these little things that you imagine well. For example, if you are worried about your health, focus upon all the parts of your body that will be working perfectly tomorrow… your circulation, respiration, thermal regulation, vision, hearing, taste, your endocrine system, etc. Simply imagine that your fingernails will grow just fine tomorrow, without any conscious effort at all. Keep that thought going and reinforce it.
You will eventually expand that thought to everything about your physical body and your health, and soon you will not be able to create a negative thought about your future health. Practice, practice, practice. You will become a master at alleviating worry, and creating completely positive thoughts about your future.
