It is only through the teaching from others that you could ever believe in your unworthiness.

Do you notice how irresistible a kitten, or a puppy, or an infant is? They are filled with wonder. They see everything as a game. They want nothing but to play. I believe that is because when you are new to the physical world you know nothing of unworthiness. You come from a place and an energy of perfection. You believe yourself to be one with that perfection. You are filled with trust and peace and love.

As you grow you get judged, and you get scolded by others. You are told how to behave. You are told how the world works and that you cannot have everything you want or have everything the way you want it. You are told what you cannot do. Do you remember how that feels to be told of your limitations, and your unworthiness. It feels bad, doesn’t it? When you are feeling invincible you feel great. When you embrace the infinite potential of the world around you, and of yourself, you feel alive.

Trust those feelings. Your feelings are a guide to the ultimate truth. What feels good is a guide toward your true self, your inner being, your soul. What feels bad is untrue, a misalignment with your true inner being’s knowledge of who you are.

Follow the truth. Follow those good feelings. Get back to your roots, and believe it.  You know you are worthy. You know you are perfection. Let the good feeling of that knowing flow forth.
