Your Daily Focus: Truth

When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, let it be.   –the Beatles, Let It Be

When you have questions, when you need guidance and direction, when you really need to know what to do next and which way to go with your life; who is the one person to turn to? Who is the one person you can count on to have your best interest at heart? YOU. Your true inner being, your spirit, your soul, your greater self, your connection to God… your heart.

That is your connection to the infinite intelligence of the Universe, to the place where timelessness exists, to the place where the gap in between all the noise exists. So quiet your mind, and allow your heart to speak to you. The language of your heart is unmistakable. It is your feelings and emotions. Your whims and promptings and intuition. You know that feeling of rightness for you. That feeling comes from your heart and can be felt in every cell of your body. Trust it.

So quiet your mind, open your heart, and allow the answers to flow into your consciousness. It is there you will find truth… the truth about your life, the truth about humanity, the truth about God, the truth about love, the truth about truth.

It is now and always just that close to you. Quiet your mind, allow it to flow forth, and let it be.

  1. I have a question to you, over the last 4 weeks that I’ve entered the Law of attraction transformation, although felling better with myself, I am not so with my partner. things that before I could tolerate I cannot anymore and that leaves me feeling guilty, which in turn is very bad to the whole process I am passing through.
So, I end up thorn between the truth and the need of feeling better for allowing good things to happen…
Suggestions on how to find a path to solving the dilemma?

  2. This is a very common scenario… you are not alone Cristina.

When we enter into a period of rapid expansion and growth, many times those around us do not enter into growth and match us. It is important not to force or demand that another change and grow as rapidly as you. Allow them to find their own path, as you are finding yours. Be a shining bright light example, and be accepting and allowing.

There may be times when you will want to keep your newfound enlightenment and desires to yourself, and not ask others to be interested or agree with it. You may find that others will not be excited for you in this growth, as they may feel a gap expanding between you. They may be feeling “left behiind” and not know how to express it. You may find that you will need some new friends that match up better with your thinking and can inspire you.

Honor yourself and your newfound growth in every way, and be accepting and allowing of others’ paths as well.

  3. Rick,

What timing on this daily focus. I am in Colorado with my wife-to-be, Shannon, and our puppy, Red. For 2 days now I have been immersed in what I believe to be God’s most beautiful creation in nature, the mountains.

Here I can quiet my mind, open my heart and be one with God. It is such a special place for me. Over these 2 days I have come to some very big conclusions in my life that have been haunting me for years. I am excited to share this with you on our next personal coaching call.

I encourage everyone to find that place that allows them to be open to learning about what they truly want out of life. I am talking about the feelings deep down in the belly. That is where the truth really lies waiting for us to tap into it. I have felt it at different levels and at different times in my life. Today just so happened to be a very important time that answered a burning question I have had for about 7 years or so. Truly amazing!

Just a curious question but where is your favorite place you go to quiet your mind?

Thanks for being you and bringing this amazing information to all of us. At some point each and every reader you have will thank you for it. Whether it is today, tomorrow or 10 years from now it will have an impact!

  4. Kevin, thank you for sharing.
You pose a very intriguing question, “Where is your favorite place you go to quiet your mind?”
I can think of a where and a when: for me it is gazing off at the horizon in the early morning hours. It feels magical for me. I can feel a connection to infinity, I feel like there is a gap on the horizon between the planet and the atmosphere that reaches beyond… beyond space, and beyond time.. directly into the heart of God… and into the hearts of all humanity… all who are, and all who have ever been. it is a connection to the “all.”
That is where and when I feel the greatest connection to myself, and my true desires, my true life purpose.
    Hey, but that’s just me.
I suggest we each answer this intriguing question for ourselves. If any one would like to share, please do.
