All of the people in our lives are exactly who they should be.

We are constantly evolving beings, spinning and swirling in our energetic vortex. All of the experiences we have are a direct result of the energy that we are, the energy that we emanate. Everyone who is a participant in our life, whether it is someone close such as a lover or relative or close friend, or someone who is not so close such as an acquaintance or business contact, is there because of the person that we are. No one is there accidentally.

Exploring what is around us can be an interesting exercise in noticing what it reflects about what is within us. The reality is that every person, every situation, every circumstance tells us about something that we have within our own self. It’s kind of an exciting thought to know that we can get feedback on ourselves any time we want!

It’s really cool to discover that the positive people we jive with are present because we are positive, too! The funny people, the considerate people, the light-hearted people, the spontaneous people, open-minded people, the passionate people, the caring people are all present because we are all of those things too. That feels really awesome, and is a confirmation that we are living life with a resounding Yes!

It’s also cool to discover that the people who show up with criticism, or sarcasm, or judgment, or belittling, or superiority, or self-obsession are also all present because we are those things, too. Although at first this might not feel good to realize, it does offer the opportunity for more self-growth and evolution. Gosh, that’s an awesome gift to be offered. Just imagine how much better every single day can feel as we purposefully transform a negative thought or characteristic into a positive thought or trait. Wow, it’s exciting to just think about it!

What a marvelous time this is to be alive and awakened. Reveling in juicy, fun moments can bring ecstasy. Finding the juiciness in a seemingly neutral moment comes from being awakened to being truly alive. Finding the gift in an uncomfortable moment or an uncomfortable person also comes from being awakened, and can ultimately bring perhaps the greatest juiciness. How cool is that!

So I suggest that you go out today and find something or someone juicy to squeeze. Life is good – live juicy!
