I have the perfect remedy for whatever ails you, but it will take a little time…
Can you give me five seconds out of your busy day today? (and it will take the whole five seconds.) O.K. then, close your eyes and take one deep breath, and then let it out slowly. While you exhale, remember that you are a creator, and you create every moment, and every thought. YOU have the power!
That’s it. It is the ideal remedy for whatever ails you, and whatever stresses you.
* It is a way to remember that you live from the inside out and not the outside in.
* It is a way to remember that you are a creator and not a conformer.
* It is a way to remember that you are a visionary and not just an observer.
It is a way to remember not to take any of this life experience too seriously!
So, go practice… it’s a good thing to breathe.
The best 5 seconds of my morning. I put myself in the mountains of Colorado! Whoa, that was a great moment. Ever since you had me do this exercise it has worked everytime. Life has its ups and downs, but never more than we can handle. Thanks Rick!

Oh my gosh, this is such a great message Rick. I love your reminder that we are creators and visionaries. That is a rare message to receive, and it is so compelling! I like remembering that, because it wakens my inspiration and creative ideas, and I feel like flying. Oh, and I also like being reminded to not take this too seriously. Breathing is way easier than any other method I’ve used before. Thank you!
