Our monthly Community Meeting for Extreme Thought Makeover comes up the fourth Friday of the month, on November 26th, 6:30-8:00, at Infinity Healing Center, 3305 N. 124th Street, Brookfield, WI 53005. Cost is “Love Offering.”

The specific lesson from the book this week will be two-fold:

• The Shortest Path to Happiness: we will discuss a simple method to improve your mood in a minute
• Emotional Resuscitation: we will discuss how to move from discouragement to hopefulness, and each attendee will create their own personal mechanism to aid in that move.

And of course, there will be time for some open discussion and personal questions during the 90 minutes as well.
